1. Mr. Hardik Modh, learned advocate for the petitioner has invited the attention of the court to the order dated 18.9.2018 passed by a coordinate bench in Special Civil Application No.14155 of 2018, wherein in a similar set of facts, this court has issued notice and granted interim relief.

2. In the aforesaid premises, Issue Notice returnable on 13th February, 2019. By way of ad-interim relief, the respondents are restrained from making any coercive recovery pursuant to the impugned notification. Direct Service is permitted.
