## How do I replace IGST and net amount columns in BUSY

The reports in BUSY have some predefined columns and their positions cannot be changed. However, if you added custom columns then you can shift their positions according to your needs.

If you want to search an amount in report then you click on search button or press F3. After opening the search window mention your search string and can search.

To edit custom report, first open the report with custom column format name , after opening the report click on custom column and edit the column you need to do.

You can hide any row in the purchase register without deleting any data by pressing F9. You can also use the "Custom Columnoption in the report to remove any column.

Step:1 Go to display option.
Step:2 Select sales analysis.

For view sales Register Report follow the steps:
1\. Go in Display then go in Accounts book
2\. Then Go in Account Register(Standard)
3\. Then Go in sale Register and open Report

## Why are some of my entries showing up under the wrong month in BUSY? How can I ensure entries are showing in the correct monthly period?

If some entries are appearing under the wrong month please check the date of the
voucher. If it belongs to that month, it will be displayed in that month.

## I am unable to generate any reports or previews in BUSY. It shows blank pages. What could be the reason and solution for this?

If report in showing blank in preview please check if you have selected correct date range for report in which transaction is present and select cirrect format of print.
