## Can I run BUSY in a demo or testing environment without affecting my live company data?

Yes , You can create a new demo company by create company in company menu for demo or testing purpose.

## How can I change the company type or nature of work after creating the company?

In new updtes of BUSY there is no option for company type and nature , therefore update BUSY release .

## How can I check which company is currently open in BUSY without closing it?

You can check the company name and company code both at the bottom of the screen without closing the company.

## What all voucher configurations need to be done when changing GST number?

When you change the GST number in company then you no need to make changes in the voucher series configurations.

## Will I need to pay extra AMC charges for multiple branches?

there is no need to pay AMC charges in BUSY we only charge BLS renewal charges for our online services

## How can I maintain other parties bank account in my company?

You cannot maintain bank account of other parties in your company you can only maintain ledger of those parties only

## How far back does BUSY store trading history for my account?

In BUSY there is no time limit.In BUSY Software, you can feed data from the time you created the company

## How do I add my business address details in BUSY?

TO update company address go to:
Step 1 : CLick on company menu
Step 2 : Edit company
Step 3 : Update address

## How can I modify incorrect business details configured in BUSY?

To edit company details:
Step 1 : Go to company menu
Step 2 : Edit company
Step 3 : Update details and save

## How do I check the location of my data ?

To check the location you can click on set data directory option in company menu and check your data location.
