Yes, BUSY validates the GSTIN and HSNs online through third party API which is inbuilt in software.

## Can we add optional filed in Bill of material screen

No you can't add optional filed on bill of mateial screen ,but can be done via customization

## How many characters can I enter in the group name?

The maximum number of characters that can be entered in the group name in BUSY is 40.

To delete duplicate party records open the party record and press F8 shortcut key to delete it
