## I am getting an error message "Not a valid mobile user for transaction". How do I fix this?

check that you created mobile app user and in which you give transaction right to the user.

## Does the Basic edition of BUSY allow maintaining images and signatures with users?

No the feauture of maintain image and signature with user in basic edition model is not available

## What permissions do I need to add or remove users in BUSY?

To add or remove users in BUSY , you need to have administrative permissions or superuser access.

If your user do not have right to copy master then mention super user id and password.

You can set restriction for access all the reports available under the Display menu from specific users.

## What are the password requirements for BUSY usernames?

BUSY does not have any special requirement for password, you can create password with only1 letter also

Yes, you can create Multiple users from the BUSY under the user option from the Administration menu.

## Certain fields are locked in BUSY and I can't edit them. Why are some fields password protected?

If some fields are locked and non editable then might it is rescticted by the administrator.

You can switch the device 5 times with one subscription ID in a year for BUSY.

## How many user accounts can access BUSY at once?

There is no limit to the number of user accounts that can access BUSY at once.
