# I downloaded the latest utility but still face issues in generating the TDS return file. What should I do?

If you are still facing issues in generating the TDS return file even after downloading the latest utility.
Utility work for e-TDS/TCS Return Preparation and validation to already generated file from BUSY not for generating the TDS Return file. to generate TDS file Kindly follow the following Steps.
Step 1: Ensure that you are using the latest version of the BUSY.
Step 2: Incorrect data entry: Double-check the data you have entered for accuracy, including the TDS amounts, PAN numbers, and other relevant details.
Step 3: To generate TDS File Go to Print / Email / SMS Menu
Step 4: Click on TDS/TCS Reports option.
Step 5: Click on eTDS Return (Non-Salary) option.
Step 6: Default eTDS Return export path is C:\\BUSYWin\\Form26Q.txt and if required you can change the export file path.
Step 7: select file creation date and for the quarter.
Step 8: click on export.
Step 9: After generating the file, save it to a location on your computer.
Step 10: Go to the government portal for filing TDS returns.
Step 11: Look for the option to upload the TDS return file.
