## Can I set automatic markups on cost for sales pricing, e.g. cost + %?

Yes, you can set automatic markups on cost for sales pricing by mentioning the markup percentage in the item master.

## Should I restart the system/software? Will that help resolve any issues I'm seeing?

Yes, restarting the system/software can help resolve any issues you're seeing but we are recommends to get the backup first.

## How do I enable/disable inventory tracking for specific items in BUSY?

Enable the Do Not Maintain Stock Balance option in the item master. Inventory not get maintain for that specific Items.

## What are the different types of chalans available in BUSY?

In BUSY challans are available such as Delivery challan, Job Work Issue Challan , Return Challan and Purchase Return Challan

## Will deleting purchase orders impact the actual purchases in BUSY?

Yes, It will Impact the Purchase Order Report. It will not show the accurate data as per order in BUSY.

Valaution done for byproducts created during production is totally depends on selling cost and estimated market value of the product

## I already used an item with alternate unit enabled. How can I disable the alternate unit now?

You can easily disable Alternate unit feature after data backup but in vouchers you have to re-insert item again.

## I can't seem to find where to enter my product license key. Where do I enter it?

You can enter your product license key in BUSY by clicking on the 'Help' menu and selecting 'License Activation'.
