# How to Print Payment QR Code on Invoice?

In BUSY Payment QR code Possible in Both Standard & Advance format.

In Standard Format Payment QR code will appear if [E-Invoice](https://busy.in/accounting-software/e-invoice/) Configuration enabled & Transaction Made under B2C (Sales to unregister party).

For Payment QRCode in Standard Format, Please follow Below Steps
Step 1 : Enable [E-Invoice](https://busy.in/gst/gstin-everything-you-need-to-know/) in GST Configuration.
Step2 : Set “Y” in B2C QR Code Required.
Step3 : Enter B2C QR Code Details.
Step4 : Enable Print E-Invoice QR Code in Standard Invoice format.
Step5 : Make B2C Transaction & Check Payment QR Code.

For Payment QR Code in Advanced (design) format
There are two ways to Generate Payment QR code in BUSY
Format : 2) Text :
Please follow below steps for Payment Qr code in advance format

Step 1 : Create New Format in Advance format and set Header line=1 Body & Footer line=0 in page setting.
Step 2 : in the added new format’s header write UPI details.
Step 3 : Please take backup of existing format in which you need to add Payment QR code(if users try to add Qr code in existing format)
Step 4 : Create necessary space where users need to show Payment QR Code in Header or Footer
Step 5 : Select QR code field from Print Style(F4) and Set format Name of QRcode as per below example
Let’s assume users created new format as per step 1 with Name ‘QRC’
And as per step 5 user select QR Code Field from Print Style(F4) in Invoice Format
F: users need to replace Format Name where QR Code UPI detail entered.
S: if users need to change size of QR Code
As per Example your final QR Code Field :

Step 6 : if user need to write QR Code details in same invoice then no need to follow Step1, Step2 & Step5’s example
User need to follow below example
T: here users need to write UPI details same like added in step1 new format

Note : Advanced format QR Code will shows in all type of sale transaction (B2B,B2C,.. etc)
Note 2 : In QR Code you can used for other information also like users need to add Billing details in QRCode like Invoice No, Invoice Date, Party GSTIN etc.
