To see the average cost price and profit for invoices in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to display menu and select MIS reports as sub menu.
Step 2: Select profitability reports and choose the bill wise option.
Step 3: Enter the date range then can select item's cost price basis as average and can see the report.

How can i get it to display Additional field in production planning report?

To Display Additional field of rack number in reports follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to dsipley menu
Step 2: Then click on Production Reports option
Step 3: Then click on Production planning report
Step 4: Then select BOM, item and specify Quantity, click on OK button
Step 5: Then On enetr the list, here you are check Add. field of production planning

To check the audit trial report in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display section then clickon Check list menu.
Step 2: Select the Audit Trial Report, then choose the specific details you want to display. Select the user whose entries you want to check and specify the entries to be reviewed.
Step 3: Press on Ok tab and can view the report.

You can vew purchase of an item group for particular period in BUSY by following below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu and submenu purchase analysis
Step 2: Then select item group wise option and then standard date range option
Step 3: After that specify date range and other other feature as per your requirement and then press ok to view the report.

Can i view pending challans for both sales and purchases?

Yes, you can view pending challans for both sales and purchases in BUSY by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu then select challan processing option.
Step 2: Select pending challan option and can choose either sales challan or purchase challan.
Step 3: You can also select either item wise or party based on your requirements then can view the pending challan report.

The GP ratio is showing at the group level. How can I get it to show profit ratios at the individual item level?

If you want to check profit ratios at the individual item level in BUSY, you can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu.
Step 2: Click on the MIS Report option, then select the Profitability report.
Step 3: Choose the Item wise option, and you will be able to check profit ratios and profitability at the item level.

When a sale is cancelled, where will it be shown in the software?

If you have cancelled a sales voucher, you will see it after opening cancelled voucher list by using these steps: 
Step 1: Go to display menu then click on check list option.
Step 2: Select voucher numbering report and choose cancelled voucher numbers.
Step 3: Select the voucher type as sales, series and enter the date range then open the report.

How do i check multi company ledger at a time in BUSY?

To check multi company ledger at a time in BUSY follow below steps:
Step1: Go to Display menu and then click on MIS report
Step2: Then click on multi company results option and then select companys and click on account ledger option
Step3: Now specify account name, starting date and ending date and then press Ok and review the report

Can I get custom date range cash flow report in BUSY

In BUSY when you view Cash Flow report, the report has a limited range of options for selecting the time period. You can either choose to see the report for All Months in the financial year or specify a Start Month and End Month. There is no option to select a custom date range that suits your needs.

Is poosible to Show all unit in Custom report?

Yes, it is possible to show all units in the custom report; for this, there is no need to add a custom column in the sale list report; you can view the units by default in the sales or purchase list report. Further, if you require a unit in another report, you can add it by custom-column report.
