## BUSY app is not working after re-creating BDEP

If the [BUSY app](https://busy.in/busy-mobile-app-pricing/) is not working after re-creating BDEP, see the following steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on the data export import menu.
Step 2: Go to Cloud Sync, then click on Bulk Upload.
Step 3: After uploading data, the check issue will be resolved.
