To search for particular transaction you can go to transaction menu then select voucher type and modify option by entering the voucher number you can search particular transaction or go to display option then select query system and then select query on transaction option.

To find the transaction through bill reference in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on query system.
Step 2: Click on query on bill references then update the bill reference and click on ok to view the data.

You can search a particular voucher from the query system option.

 Step 1: Click on Display
 Step 2: Then Query system
 Step 3: Then Transactions
 Here can search by voucher name, billing details, voucher optional field etc.

To search a customer / party in BUSY, you can use Query System by using these steps:
 Step 1: Press CTRL+Q and select Search Party.
 Step 2: You can search by name, mobile no, alias and email and click on Search button.

Yes, you can search the transaction from the last 2 year either by viewing the ledger report by specifying the last 2 years date range or can apply the query on transaction by pressing the ALT+Q shortcut key on the BUSY screen.

To find out the account master with same gstin, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on query system.
Step 2: Click on query on GSTIN then specify the GSTIN then click on ok tab.

To search for party master through gstin in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on query system.
Step 2: Click on query on GSTIN then specify the GSTIN then click on ok tab.

For search for a particular transaction in your trading history in BUSY, you can follow these steps: 
 1. Press ctrl+q 
 2. Then Go Query on transactions 
 3. then click All vouchers or selected vouchers

You can search the transactions on the basis of long short narration, Voucher optional fields, transport details, billing details and static fields from:

Time duration to search through all transaction across many years will depend on the data size of companya and the number of financial years exist in data.
