# How do I setup/configure users and user rights in BUSY?How do I merge accounts/delete duplicate accounts in the software?

Find out the steps to add users and set user rights in BUSY
Step 1 : Go to administration
Step 2 : Then go to Users option
Step 3 : Then add user and Define username and password and do user configurations
Step 4 : Then through user control set the user rights
Step 5 : Enable the options you wants to allow user to do in your company data
Step 6 : And you can restrict the rights of the user by disable or unselect the options you dont want to be allowed to that user
And find out the steps to merge account in BUSY
Step 1 : Go to Administration
Step 2 : Then go to Bulk updation
Step 3 : Then go to merge master option
Step 4 : Then select accounts option
Step 5 : Then select that account in source account option you wants to merge and dont wants to use in your company data
Step 6 : Then select that account in target account option you wants to use in future in your company data
Step 7 : And you can enable delete source account after merging data option if you needed
Note : If both accounts have opening balance then you cant merge that accounts
And find out the steps to delete account in BUSY
Step 1 : Go to administration
Step 2 : Then go to master
Step 3 : Then open that master in modify
Step 4 : And through f8 you can delete that account
