## I have to enter km distance for e-way bill to get generated. Is this expected?

Yes it is expected to mention distance in BUSY as 0 , as BUSY use its seperate calculation to calculate distance between pincodes which sometime not matched the distance calculated by Ewaybill portal.

## If vehicle number is not entered while generating e-waybill will e-way bill still be created?

If the vehicle number is not entered while generating an e-waybill in BUSY, only Part A of the e-way bill will be created. Part B, which contains vehicle details, will not be generated.

## I'm not sure if I have the transporter name right in BUSY. Can you verify?

In BUSY, you can enter the transport name and its id manually in order to generate E way bill. Further, you cannot get the transport details like its name and id within software.

No, there will be no additional charges for using the E-Way bill and E-Invoice features in BUSY.You just have to renew your BLS as E-Way bill and E-Invoice features comes under this .

If you want to print the E-waybill acknowledgment copy with qr code you just need to generate the E-waybill directly from BUSY after that it will shows you a prompt to print E-waybill

If the distance is incorrect, BUSY will not generate the e way bill. You should consult your tax advisor to understand the implications of entering the wrong distance in the e way bill.

No, you do not need to manually enter the distance in BUSY for eway bill generation. But make sure that you have mention correct pincode in gst/vat configuration and the party pincode too.
