ORDER

Considering the fact that offence is punishable with a maximum sentence of five years and the petitioner has already undergone sentence for a period of one year five months and she has a child of three years old, without commenting on the merits of the case, we direct release of the petitioner on bail, in connection with complaint No.35/2018, during the pendency of the trial and her furnishing personal bond for a sum of ₹ 5 Lacs with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. It is made clear that the petitioner shall surrender her passport in the Trial Court.

The special leave petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
