We have heard learned counsels for the parties at some length and also perused the impugned order as well as the report of the Director General – Anti Profiteering. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, we are inclined to stay the operation of the impugned order subject to the petitioner depositing in this Court, in the name of Registrar General, 10% of the amount of profiteering assessed by the NAA i.e. ₹ 9,96,18,637/- within four weeks from today. The amount once deposited shall be immediately placed in a Fixed Deposit by the Registrar General.
