By way of interim relief, the respondent is directed to forthwith release the conveyance bearing No. GJ32T3789 subject to the petitioner depositing the amount of fine in lieu of confiscation of conveyance, as computed in the order dated 04.06.2019 made under section 130 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. It is clarified that it is only the conveyance which is to be released.
