I am having an issue downloading invoices/bills from a certain date range. The invoices show in the BUSY software but not when I download the GSTR- file from the GST portal. Why is this?
It is possible that the missing invoices were not included in the GSTR 1 filing or there was an error during the filing process. You can check the missing voucher in the GST portal or can redownload GSTR1 in BUSY.

If you can not validate GSTIN, first chck your internet connection if connectivity is stable then check that your BUSY License subscrition is not expired, if it is expired then have to renew that then can use validate GSTIN feature.

If you want to enable two factor authentication for invoices above 100 cr. as per new government regulations then you can contact with the e-way bill portal customer representative as there is no configuration in BUSY for two step authentication
