To see monthly reports in BUSY you can follow these steps:
For Accounts:
Step 1: Go in display.
Step 2: Then select Account Summary.
Step 3: Then select Monthly Summary.
For Inventory:
Step 1: Go in display.
Step 2: Then select Inventory Summary.
Step 3: Then select Monthly Summary.
Yes, it is possible to view the settlement report in BUSY. To view the settlement report, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to display then select account summary
Step 2: Select and check Settlement summary or settlement details report.
You can open purchase register in BUSY, please follow the given steps
Step 1 Go on display menu
Step 2 Click on Account books
Step 3 Click on Account register standard
Step 4 Click on purchase register and open the report
It is possible that the Account Ledger Comparison report is not showing values for certain columns because those columns have a value of 0 for that particular month. Double check the data and ensure that the values are correctly entered.
To check the cash and credit sales summary, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display section then click on account summary
Step 2: Click on cash/credit sales summary then select range from Daily/monthy/quarterly
Step 3: Specify the date and open the report.
If you unable to see the ledger balance or account statement then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Check the ledger by opening the company from super user. As sub user have no rights to view that party ledger.

The time it takes to add new columns to reports depends on the complexity of the customization and the amount of data in the report.
Customisation in report available in Standard and Enterprise model of BUSY not in Basic.
