To configure interest rate in each party master can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on configuration.
Step 2: Under Configurations, select Features / Options and then click on the Accounts tab....

To generate an interest calculation voucher automatically in BUSY, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu.
Step 2: Click on the Interest Calculation option. You will see several options such as Product basis,
Mahajani, Bills Receivable, Bills Payable, Bank Interest, etc. Choose any of these options to calculate 
interest.
Step 3: After opening any of these reports, press F4. This will bring up the "Generate Interest Voucher" 
window. Here, you need to mention the Interest Receivable or Interest Payable account and then click 
on the "OK" button.
By following these steps, your interest calculation voucher will be automatically generated in BUSY.
For TDS entry in BUSY software for Unsecured Loan, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Enable TDS option from the Administration menu then feature and option.
Step 2: Then enable Tds within the Unsecured loan account master from the master then account modify
option.
Step 3: Then go to the transaction menu, click on the Journal add option and pass the entry for TDS
Payable of Unsecured loan.

If you want to delete the interest entries and calculate fresh interest you have to follow below given 
steps:-
Step1: For Deleting the Interest Entry you have to open respective party ledger for which you passed 
Interest entry and delete entry by using F8 or Delete button.
For Adding a fresh new entry you have to follow below given steps:-
Step 1: Go to the Display menu.
Step 2: Click on the Interest Calculation option. You will see several options such as Product 
basis, Mahajani, Bills Receivable, Bills Payable, Bank Interest, etc. Choose any of these options 
to calculate interest.
Step 3: After opening any of these reports, press F4. This will bring up the "Generate Interest 
Voucher" window. Here, you need to mention the Interest Receivable or Interest Payable account
 and then click on the "OK" button.
By following these steps, your interest calculation voucher will be automatically generated in BUSY. 

If the interest calculation not showing in the account ledger for bills, you can follow these steps: 
Step 1: Go to the Display tab and click on Interest Calculation. 
Step 2: Choose one of the available options, such as Product Basis, Mahajani, Bills Receivable / Payable & Bank Interest. 
Step 3: Open the report with the selected option and can chooe One Account / Group of Accounts / Selected Accounts after that you can enter a specific Date Range and open the report. 
Step 4: View the interest calculation based on the criteria you have entered. 
Step 5: For post an Interest Voucher, press F4 on the report, then a voucher will be post for the relevant account.
Step 6: After posting aut entry check the account ledger .
