To Block or ignore the Item Master Please Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and then select Utilities
Step 2: Then select Block Item
Step 3: Select Master Type - Item 
Step 4: Either for One or All Item.

The Masters Synchronization utility provides you the facility to synchronize Masters of one financial year to another financial year. In other words if you want to update changes of current year into previous year then you can use this utility.

For Item update in bulk you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on Administration.
Step 2: Go to Bulk updation.
Step 3: Click on Multiple item creation/Modification.
Step 4: Select Add new master and mention item name and group then mention pcs.

If you are not able to change voucher dates in bulk through Bulk Voucher Creation / Modification utility then might be you have selected Voucher Identification Key Fields as Vch No. + Date or Vch No. + Series + Date.

If the option to add rows is not showing in multiple item creation/modification option in BUSY, check the possible reason:
1.Check by change the screen resolution, the option might hide in bottom due to resolution issue.
2.BUSY release must be updated.

The best way to update product master follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration.
Step 2: Click on Bulk Updations.
Step 3: Select on Multiple Item creation/modification.
Step 4: Select feild as per your requirement.
Step 5: Load master then update and save.

To merge duplicate parties in BUSY, follow:
 Step 1 : Take backup of data
 Step 2 : Click on administration
 Step 3 : Bulk updations
 Step 4 : Merge masters
 Step 5 : Accounts
 Step 6 : Merge it

If you are unable to bulk update the item's price then might be you have selected wrong field in the Multiple Item Creation / Modification feature and also you might not have necessary permission to modify the item master.

To refresh the entries in BUSY,please follow below steps: 
Step 1: Go to house keeping menu , if voucher numbering and indexing issue run Reindex database option
Step 2: If the vouchers not getting refreshed run Regenerate dual vouchers option.

For merging duplicate master we can use Merge master option in BUSY.
Follow the below steps:
Step 1:Administration -
Step 2:Bulk Updations 
Step 3:Merge Masters
Step 4: Here mention source and target master
Note: Please make sure the grouping of master should be same.
