To update opening balance of current year if changes are made in the previous year follow below steps:
Note: Please take latest backup of the company data
Step1: In the previous financial year, go to administration menu
Step2: Then click on change financial year option and select next year to change 
Step3: After that press yes and select new and change financial year option 
Step4: Now press Start and after completing the process a confirmation message will appear and then you can check the updated balances

If having trouble rolling over data from 22-23 in BUSY,To resolve the issue need to split the data for a specific year, Follow the steps given below:
Step 1 : Open BUSY and go to company menu
Step 2 : Press Enter on Split Financial Year 
Step 3 : Select the Company
Step 4 : Select the First or Last Financial Year 
Step 5 : Click on Split option 
Step 6 : Go to Open Company and check the Financial Year is splitted from the company               

To update the balances in the current financial year when chnages are made in last year follow the below steps:

Step1: Open Last Financial in the company
Step2: Then Go to Administration menu
Step3: Then click on Change Financial year option and select particular Financial year
Step4: Then click on Yes button and then select New and change Financial year option
Step5: Then click on start button and after completion the process, you will get a confirmation message on the screen

To Tag entries in monthly GST retuen please follow below steps :,
 Step 1 : To change the status pending ITC Entries go to the Transacton menu .
 Step 2: Click on Gst Misc Utilities option.
 Step 3: Select monthly ITC tagging as per GSTR 2A / GSTR 2B
 Step 4 : Select Partywise . 
 Step 5 : In report view enable show previous year transaction . 
 Step 6 : Select the entry and press F4 to change the status ,

Yes, you can get ITC data from the previous financial year in BUSY by follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Open the company then go to administration section.
Step 3: Click on change financial year and select the previous financial year.
Step 4: Click yes to change financial year, your financial year will switch to previous year.
Step 5: Now, Go to administration section then click on change financial year.
Step 6: Choose carry pending ITC entries then click on start.

To split the financial year of particular company in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Open BUSY then click on split financial year option.
Step 3: Select the required company and specify the admin login credentials.
Step 4: Select Financial year for splitting and click on split option.
Note- To split the middle financial year of company in BUSY, you need to take the backup of company for particular financial year and restore the same with overwrite no option.

The reason for data migration issue could be that the data is not carry forward properly from previous year ,To resolve this follow below steps:
 1 Backup Your Data : Before making any changes, ensure you have a current backup of your data for safety.
 2 Navigate to the "House-Keeping" section within your software.
 3: Select update master balance.
 4: Go to the administration section and choose Change Financial Year ,Ensure you select the option to carry forward balances from all masters.

To separate or split financial year data in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Open BUSY then click on split financial year option.
Step 3: Select the required company and specify the admin login credentials.
Step 4: Select Financial year for splitting and click on split option.
Note- To split the middle financial year of company in BUSY, you need to take the backup of company for particular financial year and restore the same with overwrite no option.

For resolve opening balance difference in a new financial year in BUSY. First carry forward closing balance from previous year and then check the issue will resolve.
If changes wants to made in begining of the finanacial year then please follow below mention steps:- 
Step 1:- Administration Tab
Step 2:- Masters
Step 3:- Account
Step 4:- Modify , Select master and then made changes in opening balances.
Note:- Opening balances can only change in begining of the year. opening balances cannot modify or change in continous year

In BUSY, to split financial year from company, Follow the steps given below:
 Step 1 : Open BUSY 
 Step 2 : Press Enter on Split Financial Year 
 Step 3 : Select the Company
 Step 4 : Select the First or Last Financial Year 
 Step 5 : Click on Split option 
 Step 6 : Go to Open Company and check the Financial Year is splited from the company
 Note Take backup of your data and then go to split
