For the party, you have define the group either in the sundry debtor or sundry creditor.

No, you cannot add the storage location that mean material center in the item description field.
How can I define everything manually to match the data?
To define everything manually in BUSY you need to add or edit vouchers and masters manually.
Should I put the date in all accounts?
In Account master there is no need to enter dates and no provision for the same.
How do I view parties in BUSY
Step:1 Go to administration

Step:4 Select Modify or List option to view the masters details
I am unable to export the full list of items from the HSN validation report. It is getting truncated. What should I do?
There is not provision to export the report from where you can validate the HSN codes.
