For Importing data from SQL to Access below are the steps to do it:-
Step1: First create the shortcut of BUSY  access on Desktop.
Step2: For creating access BUSY Icon Right click on Desktop after that click on new option then shortcut option.
Step3: Then browse BUSY and click on BUSY icon and then ok.
Step4: Then Provide single space then Mention ES or SS there then proceed.
Step5: Then open the company in SQL data base and keep it open until data is not being import in access data base.
Step6: Now create a new company in Access data base with the financial year from which you want to import data from SQL.
Step7: Then Navigate to Administration menu.
Step8: Then click on Data export/Import option.
Step9: Then select Import data from SQL option and click the left arrow.
Step10:It'll allow you to search companies for importing from SQL database.
Step11: Then click on company then define user ID and password there and click on Import option.
Note: You have to do the same process for each financial year.

To convert BUSY data from Access to SQL, follow the steps below:
1. Install SQL Server and SQL Management Studio on the server system.
2. Create shortcut of BUSY with model SC or EC.
3. Configure server information in the company tab by specifying the server name and SQL password.
4. Create a company in SQL mode with the same financial settings as needed for data migration from Access to SQL.
5. After creating the company, go to the Administration tab and click on Data Export Import.
6. Select the Import Data from Access option, set the BUSY data path, click on the right arrow, select the company, enter the user ID and password for the company, and then click on the Import option.
The benefits of converting to SQL include faster performance and the ability to work on multiple systems at different locations.

It is recommended to update the SQL or Access company data on Latest Release while converting data from SQL to Access for Conversion process follow the below steps:
Step 1: open BUSY Access data company and Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: click on Data Export Import option 
Step 3: click on Import Data from SQL option.
Step 4: on Data import from SQL company window select speciFinancial Year server information, database, Server Name, User Id, Password and click on right arrow icon.
Step 5: Select the company you want to import SQL data from. 
Step 6: Select the company you want to import SQL data from.
Step 7: Click on Select and enter the user name and password.
Step 8: click on the Import option.
Step 9: Alternatively, you can also import SQL data into the Access database through the XML export-import option.

if error occured while converting BUSY Data from Access to SQL need to follow the below steps:
Step 1 : To ensure that data is upgraded in latest version
Step 2 : Make sure Respective Company is closed from other network location.
Step 3 : For Data Import from Access to SQL follow below steps
a) Create New Company In SQL Mode
b) Goto Administation Menu-> Data export Import-> Import data from Access
c) Select BUSY Data Path
d) Press Next Arrow key and Select respactive Company From Company List.
e) Enter Super user ID/Password (If any) and Press Import Button

Befour import data Access to Sql See the following Steps
Step1 Take a backup of your existing BUSY data.
Step2 Ensure that your BUSY software has the latest executable (EXE) installed.
Step3 Go to the Company Menu and click on Reindex Data for all financial data that needs reindexing.
Step4 When creating a company in the SQL platform, if your Access data has multiple financial years, create all financial years in the SQL platform.
Step5 After checking the above steps, import data from Access using the Data Export Import menu
By following these steps, you can address the error and smoothly convert and import data from Access to SQL

To convert access data into sql, follow these steps:
Step 1: Install sql and connect BUSY with sql edition
Step 2: Create a new company in SQL BUSY, ensuring it has the same financial year as the data you intend to convert.
Step 3: Go to administration then click on import data from access
Step 4: Define the path to the Access data file and select the company in SQL. Proceed with the conversion process.

To import access data in sql you need to follow the steps 
1 open BUSY and create a demo company in sql mode and make its financial year as per 
access data 
2 Go to administration menu and click on data export Import 
3 Then click to import data from access
4 select the data path in BUSY where the access data is then click on blue arrow 
5 select the company from list and fill username and password then click on import 
need to ensure the financial year should be same in sql company

To convert data from SQL to access you need sql installed in your system 
then follow the steps 
1 create a demo company with same financial year in access mode and open it 
2 go to administration menu and click on data export import 
3 click on import data from sql 
4 select the server name fill user Id and password of sql and click on blue arrow
5 then select the sql company from the list and select user name and password 
then click to import
