For converting DOS data to the latest version, it is recommended to convert the DOS data to the BUSY 12 version, and then from the 12 version it can be converted to BUSY 21. Follow the below steps to convert the data
step 1: Install BUSY 12 version setup. 
Step 2: Set the data directory. 
Step 3: Open the company data while opening company in BUSY12. It will notiFinancial Year you with a message that the data belongs to the old version due to the fact that you want to upgrade. You need to proceed the same way you need to update the BUSY12 data on BUSY12 release.
