If you want to export customer data in excel then please follow the given steps
 Step 1: Go to display menu then choose the desired report or account books.
 Step 2: Then account registers standard then sale register 
 Step 3: Then all sale type then all parties for all parties and one party if you want to export for 
 one party.
 Step 4: Then enter starting date and ending date and enable desired option then ok.
 Step 5: Then sale reigster will open then select export option then select data format 
 microsoft excel then ok.
 Step 6: Then on successfully export open file now window will open click on yes then 
 export file will open in front of you.

If you want to export financial reports into excel then please follow the given 
 Steps
 Step 1: Open the report you want to export 
 Step 2: Click on the export option in the top.
 Step 3: Then select format microsoft excel 
 Step 4: Then select folder where to export exported file.
 Step 5: Then OK your file will be exported in the excel.
 Step 6: On succefully export open file now option will appear for open
 click on yes.

If you are encountering an error while exporting a file from BUSY to Excel, follow the steps below to fix it:
Step 1: Ensure that you are using the updated version of BUSY.
Step 2: Go to Control Panel and click on Programs and Features.
Step 3: Select Microsoft Office, right-click with the mouse, and choose the Offline Repair option.
Step 4: If the issue still persists, uninstall Excel and install the latest version.

To export the reports in Excel/PDF formats from BUSY ,You can follow the given steps : 
 1. Go to Display 
 2. Then Open the Report which you wants to Export. 
 3. Then click Export on top of report or use shortcut key as ALT with E. 
 4. These options are Displayed : Microsoft Excel,Google Sheet,PDF,HTML,CSV,Text file delimited and Text file width 
 5. Now you can Export report Accordingly.
