To export data from BUSY to other software or file format, you have to follow :
 Step 1 : Open the reports as per date range needed
 Step 2 : Export themin Excel, JOSN, CSV format as needed.
 Step 3 : Export data
 Step 4 : Map fields
 Step 5 : Import data into other software

Yes, you can export bill payment details from BUSY to your billing platform. To do this, you can use the data export feature in BUSY. You can export the payment details in a compatible format, such as CSV or Excel, and then import it into your billing platform.

In BUSY, We have a direct import utility for tally only. 
For any other software you need to import data through excel. For this, you need to export their data in excel
and then need to configure it as per the BUSY in excel.

if books not match two software open ledger report and check
 the entry have feeding or not if entry are exist but not picking in report run update master balance
 option fom House Kepping Menu then check the report issue will resolve

To intigrate BUSY with other software you have to export the datas from other software in excel then through the data import export utility in BUSY we can import the same in BUSY
