If you face an 97 and Above Error while exporting an excel sheet from BUSY, you can follow the below steps to fix it:
Step 1: Close the excel sheet if it's already open.
Step 2: If the issue persists, go to the desktop, then right-click on the taskbar and click on the Task Manager option.
Step 3: Search for Excel in the process option, and if it shows up, click on it, and then click on the End task option.
Step 4: If the issue still persists, open the control panel, click on the Uninstall a program option, then click on the Microsoft Office, option and finally click on the Repair option.
Step 5: After completing the repair process, restart the system and check whether the issue is resolved.
Step 6: If the issue still persists, reinstall BUSY in the same drive in which Excel is installed.
Step 7: If any antivirus using then exclude BUSY and Excel from it.
Step 8: For Excel, it is recommended to use Microsoft Office 2016 and above.
Step 9: If the issue still persists, the final option would be to do a system format.

You can import data directly from Tally to BUSY using the available Add-on. However, for other software, you can follow these Excel import steps.
1. Export your master and voucher information from your current accounting software in a compatible format, such as CSV or Excel.
2. Open the BUSY and go to the Administration 
3. Data Export Import
4. Then go to the "Import master from Excel" then Import the Items and Accounts first
5. then import the transaction vouchers from Excel through the "Import vouchers from Excel" utility
6. Connect the Excel field with the BUSY fields in the configuration window
7. Specify the Excel file path
8. Specify the Excel sheet number, starting row and ending row

10. To import vouchers, you can configure the format and tag the components with Excel column data.
11. It is suggested to set the Voucher series template number as 'manual' when importing vouchers.
12. After importing, reconcile the values and the number of vouchers in the data.

Yes, you can generate a journal voucher for accounting treatment regarding loan, interest on loan etc.
Further, you can generate a journal voucher in bulk by import voucher from excel, you can follow below steps:
Step 1: Open your company then, go to the Administration tab and click on the Data Export Import.
Step 2: Choose the Import Vouchers from Excel option and select the type of voucher such as journal.
Step 3: After selecting the voucher type, click on the configure button.
Step 4: Create a format for the voucher. Then, map the fields in BUSY with the columns in Excel. You can select the fields from the drop-down list and match them with the Excel columns.
Step 5: After mapping all the columns, select the Excel File Path and enter the Starting & Ending Row and Sheet Number of your Excel file.
Step 6: Then, click on the Import button and wait for the import process to complete.
Note- Take the latest backup of data before any process.

Please follow the below steps :
 1: Check after change export file location 
 2: Make sure BUSY installed in same drive in which drive microsoft office is already installed
 3: Set compatibility through press click on BUSY icon then go in properties then click on compatibility tab then click on change settings for all user tab set compatibility mode with window 7 & run this program on administrator & down UAC user account control search UAC on start window search option & down 
 4: Set region of your system open control pannel click on region set language English UK same set in locale & restart your system & check if same 
 5: open control penel go in programs then press righ click on microsoft office and click on repair online after repair restart your system & check if same 
 6: you have change your window due to window specific reason you unable to export you can also check export process on another system also if you have

If you are unable to export list of party masters,it maybe due to restricted user rights to export reports from BUSY and you can chek rights in user configurations.Further if there is issue in excel or any other like google sheet you are exporting data from BUSY.
 To export list of parties from BUSY,follow these steps
 Step 1 Go to administration
 Step 2 Go to masters and then account
 Step 3 Then select list
 Step 4 You can select standard format or configurable list of account masters
 Step 5 Then select all accounts or group of account for your parties you want to export
 Step 6 Now load the list of accounts
 Step 7 Now use alt+E or on upper right,select export option
 Step 8 Now you can select data format like in excel,google sheet,pdf etc
 Step 9 Noe select file path from local drive and other options and proceed to export list of parties from BUSY
 Step 10 Now can check your file for list of parties on selected path

To record opening balances during migration through other softwares.
Step1: Click on the Adminstration option
Step2: Click on Data Export Import option
Step3: Click on Import masters or vocuhers from Excel option
Step4: Select which master you want to import(i.e Items, Accounts and Etc) or vouchers you want to import
Step5: After Selecting the master, We have to set the Accounts field and excel as per the configurations.
Step6: For Vouchers,we have the select the desired fields to be imported and confgure BUSY and excel according to desired fields.
Step7: we have to mention the excel file path in there and also the columsn from where, upto where we want to import the same.
To record opening balances during migration through Tally.
Step1: We have a specific utility/Add-on for the same i.e TALLY to BUSY, Install the same.
Step2: From Tally we have to export 2 specific files one is Daybook.Xml and other one is Masters.Xml
Step3: Click on Add-o option in BUSY, Open the utility of TALLY to BUSY
Step4: Mention the location of exported files(Tally files)
Step5: Click on import.
