To separate the GST component from the purchase in BUSY , follow these steps:
Step 1: Launch BUSY GST Software.
Step 2: Go to the Display menu.
Step 3: Select GST Reports.
Step 4: Choose GST Registers from the available options.
Step 5: Within the GST registers report, you will find options for various sales and purchase registers , including supply Inward and supply outward reports 
Step 6: Select the relevant sub-report based on your requirements.
Step 7: In this selected report, you will find the bill wise option to view the report . click it on . 
Step 8: Click ALT+E to export of the report.
Step 9 : Select the specific format you want to export like excel , pdf , html and proceed .

To export a report in BUSY filtered by item size, color, etc., follow these steps
1. Enable and configure the "Parameterfeature in BUSY.
2. To do that, go to Administration, then Configuration.
3. Navigate to Features and Options, then Inventory.
4. Search for and enable the "Parameterfeature.
5. Afterward, add items to the Item Master and enable the "Parameterfeature for the required items.
6. Enter purchase transactions with parameter details.
7. Now, you can view the stock report of item information with parameters like size, color, etc., under the 'Display - Parameterized Report' section.
8. You can also view these details in your sales and purchase reports by adding custom column fields in BUSY.
9. To export the report, you can press Alt+E or click on the Export button

Top transfer bills between two companies you need to follow the steps 
1 open the company from where data will transfer then go to administration menu and 
click on data export import 
2 then click to data export import xml 
3 Click on export data then click on transaction
4 click on clear all and only select sales and its series and select the date range 
5 click on export and set a path for exporting data 
6 Then open the company where the data will import and go to administration menu
then click on data export import and select data export import xml and select import data 
then set the path from where dat will import and press ok 

To transfer one company data to the other company in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the target company in which you want import data.
Step 2: Open source company then go to administration menu and select data export import option.
Step 3: Then select data export/import XML option then click on export option then select master or voucher per your requirement.
Step 4: After that export master or transcation window will appear then mention the path for exporting file and lastly click on export button.
Step 5: Open the target company the go to same option of data export/import xml and select import option mention the path where the DAT file is stored can click on import button.

To transfer one company data to the other company in BUSY follow below steps:

Step 5: Open the target company the go to same option of data export/import xml and select import option mention the path where the DAT file is stored can click on import button.

You cannot export a single sale bill in excel form BUSY However, alternative formats such as PDF, HTML, or XML are available for exportation, Follow below steps to export:
Step 1: Go to transaction menu and submenu sales then select list option
Step 2: After opening list select the bill you want to export and open it, then press shortcut key control+ P and choose sales invoice option 
Step 3: Now select format as per your requirement in printing format option and then press on export option
Step 4: Then specify data format as per your requirement such as PDF, HTML or XML and in file name option mention the path where you want to export PDF and press ok to export.

If you are unable to locate invoice PDF files exported from BUSY then please
 follow the given steps
 Step1: While exporting invoice a window appears i.e Export print report when you click on 
 export button
 Step 2: There is a field of File name which shows the location where your file will be exported
 if you want to change it then select the folder next to field.
 Step 3: Set the path where you want to export. then your file will be exported on the set path.

To export your balance sheet in PDF from BUSY, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu and then submenu final results
Step 2: Then go to Balance sheet and then select horizontal standard option
Step 3: Now select date range and other details as per your requirement and then press on ok
Step 4: After opening the balance sheet then press shortcut key ALT+ P and then tick on balance sheet option and then press ok
Step 3: Now specify date range and other details as per your requirement and then press on export option
Step 4: Then specify data format as PDF and in file name option mention the path where you want to export PDF and press ok to export.

If you are facing issue in exporting the report then you require to check below points :
1. Check that the issue is appearing in this particular company or in any other company also.
2. If you are exporting in excel then please make sure that excel should be above 2007 and repair the same through control panel.
3. If you are exporting in PDF then ensure that you have installed the Adobe reader or any other PDF reader.
4. Make sure that you are using the latest version and relesae of BUSY and no other previous instances are there.
5. If any Run time error appears in the specific company then you can run reindex database process through the houskeeping menu.

To import data from another BUSY company, follow these steps:
1.Export data from source company.
Step 1: Open the source company from which you want to export data.
Step 2: Go to administration section then click on data export import option.
Step 3: Choose the Data export/import (XML) then click on export data.
Step 4: Select master or voucher as per requirement, specify date range , provide file path and then export the same
2.Import data in target company.
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Go to administration section then click on data export import option.
Step 3: Choose the Data export/import (XML) then click on import data.
Step 4: Provide file path then press on ok tab and import the data.
