Yes, We can merge two compaies data for the same financial year in both companies. 
 We have to follow below steps: 
 1. Open source company then go to administartion menu. 
 2. Click on data export/import option then click on data export/import (XML) 
 3. Click on export data then enter on transactions and select data range in voucher date. 
 4. Mention file path and export data in relevent folder in the system. 
 5. Then open target company and open the same option 
 6. Click on import data and mention file path then import.

Yes, you can export data from one company and import it into another company within BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to administration then click on data export import select data export and import (XML) then export data
Step 2 : Select transactions tick voucher type needed and define range and tick export relevant masters also.
Step 3 : Then in another company go to administration then click on data export import select data export and import (XML) then import data
Step 4 : Select file and import data.
OR you can use excel export import option

If you are getting an error while exporting your statement to pdf then please follow the given steps
 Step 1: Make sure there should not be special character in name of file
 Step 2: Pdf reader application must be up to date
 Step 3: Ensure the printer driver is correctly installed and updated
 Step 4: Ensure driver is selected in the printer driver field while exporting

Steps to export XML or PDF from BUSY in correct form as follows:
Step 1: If not exporting from BUSY to Ms excel so try to repair MS Office for done same which is to be done from control panel then programs then programs & features then right click on MS Office then select repair & then check same.
Step 2: You can do it from data export import xml process from administration & then check same.
Step 3: If faces same issue after repair MS Office so remove & reinstall MS Office once & then check same.

To export report from BUSY :
Step 1: Go to Display menu
Step 2: Click on Accounts Book
Step 3: Then click on Account register(standard)
Step 4: Then click on Sale/purchase register then open respective report 
Step 5: Then clcik on exprot button and export in PDF, Excel, google Sheet, HTML, CSv
Moreover, You are check your e-way bill history :
Step 1: Go to Transaction Menu
Step 2: Click on Gst Misc. Utilities 
Step 3: Then click on E-way bill Management option 
Step 4: Then click on Generate/print e-way bill option 
Step 5: Here are checked your e-way bill transaction history

to migrate TDS/TCS data from one company to another in BUSY follow this steps 
 step 1: go to the data export/import under administartion option 
 step 2: select data export/import (XML)
 step 3: select export data option then click on transaction 
 step 4: select particular transactions in which you calculate TDS and export 
 step 5: after that open another company and follow same process in that company
 step 6: pnly select import data option
 step 7: select XML file which is export from another company.
 step 8: and proceed with import data

To export multiple invoices into PDF in one go then follow the below steps :
Step 1: Go to Print/email/Sms menu 
Step 2: Then click on Print Utilities option 
Step 3: Then click on Invoice/Document option 
Step 4: Then select voucher and select datewise or voucher wise as per your requirement 
Step 5: Then specify date range and click on Export button 
Step 6: Then select data format as PDF 
Step 7: Then click on Ok button and it start export invoices in pdf form 
Step 8: After completing the process, a confirmation message will appear

If unable to open the PDF statment from the email attachment sent by BUSY
 then please follow the given step
 Step 1: Try to open with available pdf readers 
 Step 2: Make sure there must be enough space in C drive so that pdf could be open
 Step 3: If file is locked with password then enter the correct password to open it.
