I think my account is corrupted what should I do?

If you suspect that your account is corrupted, you should try to restore it from a backup. If that is not possible, you may need to send the data to our end for recovery on a chargeable basis.

Does re-indexing data remove all old unwanted data and entries?

Re-indexing data does not delete all the old data and entries. It only removes some junk characters that can affect the database and cause errors. Therefore, we advise you to back up your data before running this process.

The electricity/power is going on and off and it is causing issues with BUSY. What can I do to prevent data loss?

If BUSY shuts down unexpectedly, such as due to a power outage, there is a risk of data loss. It is strongly recommended to regularly take data backups to ensure the security and integrity of your data.

How can I retrieve my company data if it is missing?

If your company data is missing then you can restore the backup of the particular company. If you do not have a backup then you will need to create a new company and input the data manually.

Recover local data deleted or corrupted without Google Drive backup?

If the data has been deleted from the local drive and have no backup then will not able to recover it. It can only be possible if you have data on you email or any external drive.

How to get Cost price BCN?

If you want to view the purchase price during the sales batch/BCN/Serial no. wise, it may be possible through custom validation. 
If you require specific customization and validation, you need to contact a solution partner for assistance.

The software crashed and I lost some data. How can I recover or restore this data?

If you have lost data due to a software crash, you can try to recover it from your backup. If you don't have a backup, unfortunately, it may not be possible to recover the lost data.

What should I do if there are incomplete vouchers related to a specific party?

If show incomplete vouchers in housekeeping  follow these steps:
step 1: Take latest backup of data from company menu
step 2: Open housekeeping tab and delete voucher
step 3: Add voucher again manually which was deleted.
