If you think your company has been corrupted then first you should confirm the users who are working on it and if have any latest backup can restore it. If do not have any backup then you can contact to your authorized channel partner of our support helpline for data repair.

If your backup files got corrupted then you will not be able to restore it in BUSY.
Pls follow the below steps.
Step 1: Take the backup again of the required company.
Step 2: If you have no company then you need restore some other backup data files which is not corrupted.

Due to a virus attack, the file extensions of your data may have been changed. If you have a recent backup, restoring it can help recover your data. In the absence of a backup, it is advisable to consult a data recovery specialist to explore potential recovery options.

To delete junk characters or corrupted data in the software, you can use the housekeeping option to check for incomplete vouchers or junk characters. Once identified, you can remove them and then perform re-indexing. It is important to take a backup of the data before making any changes.

If the item master is not showing up, follow these steps
Step 1 Take a backup copy of your BUSY data.
Step 2 Go to the Housekeeping menu and run Regenerate Master Help File.
After completing these steps, check if the issue with the item master not appearing is resolved.

To resolve data missing issue restore the company data backup file Steps are as follow 
step 1: open BUSY
Step 2: click on restore data option under company
step 3: provide the backup data path and click on ok option to rstore the data or to recover the data

If you have data backup of the company from which the entries has lost then you can restore it that data.
 We always recommend to take data backup as if you dont have backup then you will not be able to recover the lost data.

In BUSY, there is no data size per branch limit; it depends on the data you are feeding.
In BUSY, we have a data size limit of 2 GB in Access Mode, 10 GB in the SQL free version, and unlimited in the SQL paid version.

If data is corrupted after a software upgrade or configuration changes, you need to follow the steps to restore the data.
Step 1: Go to the company menu.
Step 2: Select the option to restore data.
Step 3: Select the backup patch.
Step 4 Click on OK.

If your data is corrupted after install the BUSY Agent application then you can restore a backup which was taken by BUSY Agent.
 You can also download the backup from google drive id configured in BUSY and after download can restore in BUSY.
