If the software get crashed while working on BUSY and lost some data then you can recover it from you data backup otherwise have to add it data manually in the BUSY.

Your BUSY data stored in your system drives, which is totally depends on your system performance. Further we recommend to take regularerly backup of your data to prevent any loss of data.

If your data gets corrupted while updating to the latest version of BUSY, you can restore your data from the backup otherwise you have to share your data at our end.

The "unrecognized database format" error in BUSY can occur when there is an issue with the database file, such as corruption or an incorrect file format like format is not like.dbs

If data showing in different file size then it is possible that the data is being saved in different format and it may be heppen due to virus attack in system.

If some entries are stucked and unable to delete that then you need to run Rewrite Books from the Housekeeping menu.

If your BUSY license is lost then no need to worry because all your data stored in your system drive not in license also in your backup files( If taken)

You can also restore backup of your company if have.
