To send your data to the support team for troubleshooting, follow these steps:
1.Open BUSY and select Backup Data from the Company tab.
2.Choose your company for backup.
3.Enter your username and password if required.
4.Select the location to save the backup file.
5.Choose the financial year for backup and click OK to start the process.
6.After completion of the backup, Open Google Chrome and go to https://wetransfer.com/.
7.Upload your backup files and create a download link.
8.Compose an email from your mail account.
9.Attach the data link, along with your license serial number, contact details, data-related errors details, and login credentials.
10.Send the email to support@busy.in.
This ensures the support team receives the necessary data and details to assist with troubleshooting.
