If you forget user id and password of a company, you can reset it by sending the data through a registered email to support@busy.in along with BUSY serial number, contact number, and contact name.

Why can't I use my old login credentials for BUSY? 

Your old login credentials for BUSY may not work because they might have been changed or expired. It is recommended to reset your password or contact the customer support for further assistance.

How can the customer resolve the problem if they do not know the password of the Admin user? 

If the customer does not know the password of admin user in BUSY, they can reset it by sending the data through registered email to support@busy.in along with BUSY serial number.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password for opening a company? 

If you have forgotten your password for opening a company in BUSY, you can send your data to us on support@busy.in from your registered mail id for resetting your password.

I have forgotten my main admin user name. Can you help me recover it? 

To recover your main admin user name in BUSY, you need to email your data to support@busy.in along with your company's letterhead with GSTIN  and BUSY Serial No.

How can I reset the password for to BUSY 

Reach out to your BUSY Administrator.
If the admin password is forgotten, copy the DB file, and send it to the support email along with your details registered in BUSY.
