Runtime Error 7, "Could not create compressed file - Permission Denied," typically occurs when an application or process does not have the necessary permissions to create a compressed file or write to a specific location. To resolve this error, follow these steps:
Step 1: Check File/Folder Permissions: Ensure that the target location where the compressed file is supposed to be created has the appropriate permissions for writing. Check the permissions of the folder where the file needs to be created and ensure that the user account running the application has the necessary write permissions.
Step 2: Free Up Disk Space: Ensure that there is enough free disk space available in the target location to create the compressed file. If the disk is almost full, the application may encounter permission issues while writing the file.
Step 3: if not resolved in step 2 then 'Rewrite Book'. After logging in to the company, navigate to 'Housekeeping' and select 'Rewrite Book.' This action may help solve the problem.
Step 4: If the issue continues to persist after Step 3, you are required to send the data to us at support@busy.in for further assistance.
