The application's resource is currently in use by another application. Please choose to end the task or switch to the other application.
Step 1: first of all need to run the  BUSY as administrator 
Step 2 : Check the malware if any found in system need to remove the same like seagull malware if any
Step 3: Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc on keyboard to open the Task Manager from windows.
Step 4: Observe Resource Usage from Task Manager opens, it will display a list of running processes under the "Processes" tab. Observe the columns for "CPU," "Memory," and "Disk" to see which applications are using the most resources.
Step 5: Sort by Resource Usage by Click on the respective column header ("CPU," "Memory," or "Disk") to sort the processes in descending order based on resource usage. The applications consuming the highest amount of resources will be listed at the top.
Step 6: After identifying the highest consuming resources from the task manager, We need to remove the same from the task manager.

While saving sale bill in BUSY if getting  automation  error, you need to check the below reasons: 
Step 1: Update BUSY to the Latest Version: Ensure that BUSY is updated to the latest version.
Step 2: Configure Antivirus Settings: Check your antivirus settings and add BUSY executable (exe) file and BUSYWin folders, including the data folder, to the antivirus exclusion list.
Step 3: Configure Firewall Rules: Review and set inbound and outbound rules for BUSY in your firewall settings.
Step 4: Disable Windows Defender: Temporarily disable Windows Defender and check if the issue persists.
Step 5: Adjust User Control Settings: Set the User Control setting to Never NotiFinancial Year in the control panel.
Step 6: Provide Full Permissions: Ensure that the BUSYWin folder has full permissions.
Step 7: Restart System and Internet: Restart your system and internet connection.

If showing error MSCOMCTL while opening BUSY that means windows 
dont have the file to solve the issue follow the steps 
1 Open google crome and download MSCOMCTL file and extract 
2 copy the file and go to windows folder option and open the folder syswow64 
if you are using 64 bit operating system and open system32 folder if you are 
using 32bit operating system 
3 paste the file over here 
4 then search run and type cmd and right click on it and run as administrator 
5 then type cd C:\Windows\System32 space regsvr32 mscomctl.ocx for 32 
bit OS and type cd C:\Windows\SysWOW64 space regsvr32 mscomctl.ocx for 
64 bit OS 
6 then restart BUSY

If RTE-457 while opening BUSY, you need to check the below reasons:
1. Check the date format in the control panel; it should be the dd/MM/yyyy format.
2. Set the regional setting as per the English (united states).
3. Also, you need to date and format the time zone as Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, and New Delhi +5.30, Region: English US.
4. Open the control panel, go to Clock and Region, then select Region, then select Administrative, then click on change system locate, in that window you will find the option Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support , unticked this option.

If you are facing Run time error 457 during synchronization from BO to HO, check the possible solution:
1.Correct the regional setting.
Step 1: Go to control panel of system then click on region setting.
Step 2: Select English (United states) and save the regional setting.
2.Remove data explorer
Step 1. Take the latest backup or your both Head office and Branch office.
Step 2: Open the Head office company then go to administration section
Step 3: Choose the data export import then choose the data sync explorer.
Step 4: Now, remove the data appear in explorer then sync by sync data.

To repair or reinstall Excel in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
 1. Close all Excel files and programs.
 2. Open the Control Panel on your computer.
 3. Go to "Programs" or "Programs and Features."
 4. Find Microsoft Office or Excel in the list of installed programs.
 5. Right-click on Microsoft Office or Excel and select "Change" or "Repair."
 6. Follow the prompts to repair or reinstall Excel.
 7. Once the process is complete, restart your computer.
 8. Open BUSY and try exporting or generating reports again.
 If the issue persists, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.

To fix the error, follow these steps:
Step 1 : Open the Control Panel on your Windows computer.
Step 2 : Find and click on the 'Region' option.
Step 3 : Click on 'Administrative' page.
Step 4 : Now in 'Administrative' page Click on 'Change system locale.'
Step 5 : In the Region Settings window, choose either English (India), English (United Kingdom), or English (United States) under 'Current System Locale.'
Step 6 : Uncheck the checkbox of 'Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8.'
Step 6 : After making these changes, restart your computer.
Now try to Open BUSY.

If you are experiencing issues with the BUSY display, this may be due to incorrect system display settings or outdated software. Follow the steps below to resolve it:
1.Ensure that you are using the latest version of BUSY.
2. Go to Display settings and set the screen resolution to 1366x768 for a better display of BUSY.
3. Disable custom scaling if it is enabled and use a scaling factor of 100%.
4. If issue still persist, contact customer support for further assistance.

If you face an error while changing the financial year in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1 Take a copy of BUSYBackup for safety.
Step 2 Go to the Housekeeping menu and run Rewrite Books.
If you encounter any errors during the Rewrite Books process, it indicates data corruption. In this case, contact your BUSY service provider or send your data to the support email ID. Note that this service is chargeable.

When trying to use certain features in BUSY, if you encounter an error related to .NET Framework, follow the steps below to resolve it: 
Step 1: Go to any browser and search for the .NET Framework version that your system is asking for. 
Step 2: Download the setup and run it. 
Step 3: If the issue still persists, kindly contact an IT person to install it on the system.
