Bank reconciliation is all about matching Bank statement with bank entries entered in the books of accounts.
For using Bank reconciliation in BUSY follow below steps.
Step 1:- Go to Administration
Step 2:- Configuration
Step 3:- Features & Options
Step 4:- Accounts
Step 5:- Enable bank reconciliation feature.
Step 6:- Click on Transactions
Step 7:- Receipt/Payment/Contra/Journal
Step 8:- Pass an accounting entry of bank account.
Step 9:- Go to Display
Step 10:- Bank reconciliation
Step 11:- Show uncleared entries
Step 12:- Select entry and press F4 
Step 13:- Now entry will be clreard and will show under clear entry report.

To adjust the opening reference in the current year, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Administration and Configuration, then select Features and Options.
Step 2: Go to Accounts and enable the 'Bill by Bill' feature, then save your changes.
Step 3: Go to Administration and Masters and modify your Account ledger where you have opening balances. You can create a reference for the opening balances.
Step 4: In the Transactions Menu, while adding Sale and Purchase transactions, you can adjust these opening balance references for clear opening balances.

We can forecast and define budget for any expenses in BUSY software
 Please follow the given steps for configuration
 Step 1) Go on administration
 Step 2) Click on configuration
 Step 3) Click on feature/options
 Step 4) Click on accounts
 Step 4) Enable budget option and save
 Step 5) Go on Administration
 Step 6) Click on accounts
 Step 7) open expense account and define budget in the account master
 Step 8) Go on display
 Step 9) Click on MIS reports
 Step 10) Click on Budget variance for reports

you can check account ledger in indian rupees even you are using multi currency in BUSY and here are the steps :
Step 1: Go to display menu 
Step 2: Then click on Accounts books option 
Step 3: Then click on account ledger option 
Step 4: Then click on account wise option and select multicurrency option 
Step 5: Then here you can select party and curreny in the given option of Pick Transaction for currency 
Step 6: Then you can check the ledger in the specified currency

1.Yes, you can update the closing stock manual in balancesheet. Further, you need toconfigure for balance sheet stock updation by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then configuration option
Step 2: Choose the features and option then select the accounts tab
Step 3: Select the manuallyin balance sheet stock updation.Afterward, you can update the stock manually in final result report.
2.In BUSY, you can post dual voucher such as sales, sales return, purchase, purchase return voucher in order to hit both accounting as well as inventoy.

To record payments received via NEFT or RTGS in BUSY you need to follow the steps 
 Step1 Go to administration menu then click configuration 
 Step2 click on feature options and select Account 
 Step3 Enable maintain bank instrument details and save 
 Step4 go to payment or receipt voucher from transaction menu 
 Step5 while select the party account and amont in voucher module you will 
 show the Inst Type option where you can select your required transaction
 mode RTGS or NEFT

To turn off Bill reference window pop up while creating vouchers in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options then click on Accounts tab.
Step 3: Click on the Configure button next to the feature of Bill by Bill Details.
Step 4: Tick the option of Auto Create Party Reference in Sales / Purchase Voucher and save changes.
Now, when you create vouchers bill reference window will not appear but reference will create in background.

If the option is not visible for tag commision account into the salesman master, then might be the option is not enable. To enable it follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration sub menu.
Step 2: Select features and options and click on accounts tab.
Step 3: Click on configure button next to the salesman wise reporting feature and here tick on the last option two option of seperate commission in each voucher and post commision or brokerage in accouts then save.
