For enable or disable feature in BUSY please follow these steps 
 1. Go in Administration then go in configuration 
 2. Then go in features/option 
 3. Then you will get General,Accounts,inventory 
 you will enable most of the features from these tab 
 Note - Before disable any feature we suggest take latest backup of data

To find BUSY feature, folloe these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration
Step 2: Choose the Features and Options section, where you will find a tab containing various features in BUSY.
To post an entry in BUSY, navigate to the Transaction section. Here, select the relevant voucher type for the transaction you want to post.

To enable the auto create party reference in sales and purchase voucher in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration tab
Step 2: Choose features/option then select accounts tab
Step 3: Enable bill by bill and then allow for Auto create party reference in sales voucher and purchase voucher then save the configuration.

To automatically update the closing stock in Profit & Loss / Balance Sheet, you can follow these steps:
Step 1:Go to Administration
Step 2:Configurations
Step 3:Feature/Options
Step 4:Accounts.
Step 5:Choose the option "Balance sheet stock updation" as Stock Status
Step 6:Now, the closing stock will be automatically calculated and shown in your Profit & Loss / Balance Sheet reports based on your transactions.

To see the account master current balance during the voucher entry, then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on Administration and then Configurations
Step 2: Then Features and Options and Accounts
Step 3: Tick the option Show accounts current balance during entry and save it.So,When you pass the voucher entry then current balance will show with the pink colour.

To access and understand the different dashboards in BUSY, you can go to the 'Dashboard' section in the menu bar. From there, you can select the dashboard you want to view and analyze the data presented in it. You can also customize your dashboard by adding or removing widgets and adjusting the layout to suit your needs.

You can enter the interest rate in party master by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Features / Options and click on Accounts tab.
Step 3: Enable the option called Account wise Interest Rate and save changes.
Step 4: Now, in each party you can mention the interest rate (Receivable / Payable).

Sometimes discrepancies occur due to data entry errors. To easily identify and rectify these, you can enable the Ledger Reconciliation feature using the following steps:
1. Navigate to Administration.
2. Go to Configuration.
3. Select Accounts.
4. Choose Ledger Reconciliation.
5. To reconcile the ledger, go to Display.
6. Click on Account Books.
7. Select Ledger.
8. Press the F4 key to reconcile it.

It depends on your requirement and model of BUSY that your are using.You need to tell us What feature you are require and that feature is avialable or not in your model we will let yoiu know that.But if that fature is not avaialble in your model then you need to upgrade your model of BUSY.

To remove exchange rate setting in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Make sure multi-currency feature is enabled from accounts tab
Step 2: Then go to administration menu
Step 3: Then click on masters
Step 4: Then click on currency conversion
Step 5: Then open the existing currency conversion from list button
Step 6: Then press F8 key to delete it
