When you disable bill reference feature, then the reference you have created or adjusted during voucher entry will be removed and you will not be able to track bill wise outstanding.

You have to enter the same information twice for bill reference adjustments because one entry is for creating a new reference and the other entry is for adjusting the existing reference.

Single entry mode can only be enabled when there are no dual vouchers entered in payment or receipt. There are no specific prerequisites required to enable single entry mode in BUSY.

Interest rate is applicable for accounts only not for items or product and due date you can change by modify your voucher and enter due date in bill by bill Window.

To handle currency conversion in invoices or orders can use Multi currency feature, This feature allow you to record your transactions in your desired currecy and can mention currency conversion rate.

To enable the PDC feature in BUSY, go to Administration, Configuration, Features, Options, Accounts tab, and enable the option of Postdated Checks and Payment, Receipt Voucher, and click the Save button.

BUSY allows you to set credit days for your sale and purchase transactions as per your preferences. The maximum credit days you can enter in the Party Master is 999.

You can find the setting to update your balance sheet stock manually instead of automatically in Administration Configuration Feature and Options, under Accounts, in the Balance Sheet Stock Updation option.

You can start maintaining the bill references without spliting the financial year, But if you want to maintain opening bill references also then you need to split the financial year.

Your bank entries in your books and your bank statement may differ because you enter your bank transactions manually in your books, while your bank statement reflects the transactions automatically.
