If you wants to use second language like hindi in BUSY,you need to first download and install hindi google input tool online from browser like chrome.Then after installing it,open BUSY software in your system and follow these steps
Step 1 Open your company 
Step 2 Go to administartion and then configuration
Step 3 Select feature/options and Select GENERAL tab
Step 4 Now enable second language support option as at right side of general tab options
Step 5 In specify language,select hindi as it will pick if input tool for hindi is installed and then save the changes
Step 6 Now second language hindi will be configured in your company and it can be used while on invoice printing also

If the user signature images not appear on the invoices printout then you need to check these steps:
Step 1: First check the feature is enable or disable by going to Administration menu.
Step 2: Then click on Configuration and select Features / Options.
Step 3: Select General tab and check the option Maintain Image & Signature with User is enable and click on configuration button and verify the image folder is correct.
Step 3: Next, you need to ensure that the image format is Jpeg and Png.
Step 4: Make sure the image name should be as your username.
Step 5: You also make sure that the option of user signature is enable in the standard format configuration.

Steps to follow for attaching sign and stamp in the invoices for printing and then emailing to the client.
 Step:1 Go to the administration option and then select configuration option.
 Step:2 Feature and option.
 Step:3 Go to general tab and search for feature maintain image & signature with user.
 Step:4 Tag the image in by using the maintain signature image with user and save the cofiguration.
 Step:5 Go to adminstration option and then select configuration option.
 Step:6 Select invoice document printing.
 Step:7 select the standard format and mention yes in the print user signature option.
 Please note that the image folder and the image name should be same as user name.

For this you can use audit trail feature,For use audit trail feature please follow these steps:
1. Go in Administration then go in configuration 
2. Then go in Features/Option then go in General tab
3. Enable Maintain audit trail feature and mention y on show user detail in voucher/master
4. Save configuration 
Note- After enable audit Trial feature if any user add,modify and delete any voucher it will show on audit trail Report.
For check audit trail Report please follow these steps:
1. Go in Display then go in check list 
2. Then go in Audit trail then select details and select user 
3. Select type of entry like add,modify and delete
4. Mention date range and open Report

To check the modify or deleted vouchers report, you can use audit trail feature in BUSY.
To enable audit trail feature, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to administration menu and click on configuration sub menu.
Step 2: Select features and options and click on general tab.
Step 3: Set Y on maintain audit trail and can also enable maintain detailed audit trail.
Step 4: To view the report for the same go to display menu then click on check list.
Step 5: Select audit trail then select summary and select user then tick on deleted and modify option.
Step 6: Press ok to open the report and can view the deleted and modify data.

To track modifications or deletion made by the users in BUSY, you can use the audit trail feature. To know how to enable this follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration sub menu.
Step 2: Select features and options and click on general tab.
Step 3: Here, set Y on maintain audit trail option. If your company's GSTIN is registered as company then this feature is by default enabled.
Step 4: You can also set Y on maintain detailed audit trail then save.
Step 5: To view report for the same go to dispaly menu then select check list option.
Step 6: Select audit trail option and can select either summary or detailed report.

Yes you need to change path BUSY for user signature image if it has changed in system to change path you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration and then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Now click on feature and Options and then select the General Tab.
Step 3: Now click on configure option of  Maintain Image and Signature with User and you can search it from F3 shortcut key.
Step 4: Now give the signature folder path where signature image exist in system and make sure image name should be from User name from which you login your company.
Step 5: Now click on OK option and save the General Tab.

You can add the signature image from the below steps. The image should be in JPEG or PNG format.
 Step 1: Click on Administration
 Step 2: Then Configuration
 Step 3: Then Features and Options
 Step 4: Click on General
 Step 5: Enable the option maintain image and signature with user
 Step 6: Click on configuration tab, then tick on maintain image signature with user and specify the image folder path.
 Step 7: Mention the user name in the signature image name.
 Step 8: Go to configuration
 Step 9: Then Invoice Document printing
 Step 10: Then Standard 
 Step 11: Select the required voucher type and enable the option print signature image

Yes, it is possible to identify which user added or modified a voucher with the help of audit trail feature in BUSY.
