Go to Administration and then Bulk updations and then Update price and discounts

How do I track batch-wise inventory?

We can track according to batches which has been maintain during Puchase and adjust it in Sales Voucher. Under Display Menu, Can Check in Batch wise Report.

why am I not able to save vouchers in BUSY when the quantity is over a certain amount.

You may not be able to save vouchers in BUSY when the quantity exceeds a certain amount due to a restriction or validation set in the software.

Can I apply different pricing or discounts to inventory batches with different barcodes or serial numbers?

No, Batch wise pricing is not available write now but you can maintain mrp and sale price with batch wise details by enabling them from inventory feature.

How do I find warranty details of an item by searching its serial number in BUSY?

Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Display Menu
Step 2: Serial no. wise Reports
Step 3: Item Serial No. History
Step 4: Mention the Serial No. and Open it

Yes. you can modify exiting sales/ purchase in BUSY . and if you need any kind of changes in inventory , you can easily update it .
