How do I record and manage fixed assets in BUSY? How can I troubleshoot depreciation discrepancies?

To record and manage Fixed Assets in BUSY then follow the given steps:
 Step 1: Go to Administration menu
 Step 2: Click on Master option
 Step 3: Then click on Item master 
 Step 4: Then click on ADD button
 Step 5: Then create an item and then go to Specify Sale/Purcahse Account option shown in the left side of the window and select fixed asset account 
 Step 6: Then save the item master 
 Step 7: Go to Transaction menu
 Step 8: click on Voucher 
 Step 9: Afterward, click on the ADD button to create a voucher and select particular item that you have created
 Step 10: Then mentioned neccessary details and save the voucher
 To Troubleshoot depreciation descrepencies:
 Step 11: Go to the Display Menu
 Step 12: Click on Depreciation Chart option
 Step 15: Specify the depreciation account then you will chcek the list of depreciation account
 Step 16: Then click on any of the account and you will get 2 option i.e Account Master and Account Ledger
 Step 17: Then click Account master and while saving account, depreciation window will appear
 Step 18: here you can check your given depreciation and save the master 
 Step 19: Then check account ledger and verify the depreciation
