To install BUSY in correct drive follow these steps:
Step 1: Take latest backup of your BUSY data.
Step 2: Open control panel then select the programs and features option.
Step 3: Now, uninstall the BUSY from programs file.
Step 4: Open the browser like chrome and search for busy.in site then click on resources .
Step 5: Select the download field and Download the BUSY 21 latest setup.
Step 6: Next, Double click on setup and install the same in required drive.

If the BUSY is not installing or updating properly, you need to follow these steps: 
Step 1 : Check if your system meets the minimum requirements to run the BUSY software. 
Step 2 : Disable any antivirus or firewall software temporarily. 
Step 3 : Download the latest version of the software from the official website www.busy.in. 
Step 4 : Run the installation file as an administrator. 
Step 5 : System must have storage space to install BUSY.

After backup of your data you can uninstall BUSY from Control panel in system and to reinstall it you can follow some setup.

Step 2: You will find the BUSY setup,you can download it.
Step 3: After download then reinstall it again on the same drive. Make sure to select the same directory folder where your company data or files are stored during the reinstallation process. .

To re-download the software but am unsure of the process, you need to follow the below steps: 
 Step 1: Go to your available browser and visit the site. in site and click on resources and click on download, then click on BUSY 21 latest set-up to download the BUSY set-up. 
 Step 2: After this, you need to install the BUSY set-up by following the instructions in the set-up and finishing the installation.

If you want to reinstall the BUSY application, follow these steps: 
 Step 1: Take the latest backup of your BUSY data.

 then Programs and Features, then uninstall the BUSY files.

company menu
After that if issue still remain then you can resintall BUSY and check.

Step 3: Also clear BUSYwin folder from where you have installed previously.

Step 5: Then go in downloads & then download BUSY 21 latest release.
Step 6: Now install it.
Step 7: Then plug in dongle & start BUSY.
