If BUSY icon disappeared from your desktop then there can be reason aspect That is :
1. If BUSY has uninstalled then Icon will not appear on desktop.You need to reinstall BUSY again.
2. If Icon has remove from desktop only not uninstalled then you can send BUSY on desktop again and for this you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go that location in system where your BUSY has installed and click on BUSYwin folder 
Step 2: Now right click on BUSY and click on send to open and select On desktop option.
