You should follow below steps to get your software dongle serial number activated: 
 Step 1: First check BUSY license File on your registered mail which will be in BUF format (In case of Dongle). 
 Step 2: Opne BUSY and go in License managemant. 
 Step 3: Select the option of upgrade dongle registration details. 
 Step 4: Define the registration file path. 
 Step 5: Click on validate file. 
 Step 6: Update it. 
 Step 7: Re insert dongle in system then re open the BUSY.

To get activated your BUSY dongle software you need to follow the steps
Step1 get latest version and model of BUSY install in your system and insert
BUSY dongle 
Step2 open BUSY and register license with all company details 
Step3 If still dongle not working and showing demo copy then you need to Replace 
the dongle

Please follow the steps below:
1. Connect the dongle to another USB port
2. Call 8282828282 and veriFinancial Year the serial number with BUSY Associates
3. Sometimes, the dongle may be blocked as per the company policy, so you can speak directly with a partner or BUSY associates

To transfer a dongle to your name in BUSY, you need to contact the dealer from whom you purchased the dongle and provide them with the necessary details. They will guide you through the process of transferring the dongle to your name.

To Register Dongle follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Licence Management
Step 2: Update Dongle Registration Details
Step 3: Select Registration File
Step 4: Select Validate File
Step 5: Select Update 
Step 6: Reinsert Dongle
Step 7: reopen BUSY

It is necessary to install dogle because through the dongle security file is detected for BUSY license , otherwise software will run in demo mode.
