My Dongle is Not Connected

If Dongle is Not Connected follow the below steps:
Step 1: Change Dongle port from system OR Check in Other System
Step 2: Reopen BUSY
In Case same issue:
Step 3: Dongle sent by courier Address (91 Springboard, E3, Rani Jhansi Road, Block E-4, Jhandewalan New Delhi, 110055)
Step 4: Charges Will be applicable 900+18% gst
Step 5: Revert By Team within 24 Hour (Working hours)
Note:- If Customer Dongle is not working so that we will convert the dongle to softlock.

Dongle is not working properly in BUSY?

Dongle should be connect properly on your USB Port. Check with the different USB Port if still is not working then we have to check on the another system. If not another system also same issue then send dongle to us.
