1.Try inserting the dongle into different USB ports on your computer to see if the issue persists.
2.Check for any signs of damage on the dongle, like a burning smell or if the indicator light is not on. If any of these occur, the dongle may not be working.
3.If the dongle is not working, send it to the head office by courier. Visit our website https://busy.in/contact-us/ for the address. Apply for a softlock by emailing support@busy.in from your registered email ID. Share photos of the front and back of the dongle and the courier copy. Once details are received, you'll get your softlock key via email.

If your dongle is not working in BUSY, then migh be these possible reasons:
1: Might be the USB port of your system not reconginze the dongle so you need to insert into another port.
2: May be issue in your system so you need to check into the another system.
3: If same issue in another system also might be issue in your dongle so in that case you need convert it into softlock by mail us on support@busy.in they will guide you the process for the same.

To convert your BUSY software dongle to wireless, you need to submit your dongle to the BUSY head office and request to convert your softlock from your dongle. You will need to mail your dongle's serial number from your registered email ID and attach a photo of your dongle with courier tracking number.The process may take some time, and you will not be able to use BUSY during this time. Once the process is complete, you will be able to use BUSY without the dongle.

 Step 2: Can share dongle on through courier our head office address.
 Step 3: Then mail us on support@busy.in with courier receipt and license credentials.

To switch from using a dongle for activation to using an activation key, you need to do a softlock registration on the system and obtain a license file key. The activation key will be sent to your registered email ID. Once you receive the license file key, you can put it along with the serial number and register number to activate the software.

Yes, a dongle user can switch to soft lock in BUSY Accounting Softwar. The process for dongle conversion involves sending the dongle to the BUSY Head Office in Jhandewalan, Delhi, along with the serial number and user information. Within two working days, a soft lock file will be provided, which can be installed in place of the dongle.
