To update company details in portal:
Step 1 :Login to E-way bill portal
Step 2 : Go to your profile
Step 3 : Update company details and save
To transfer your BUSY data to another computer, you can follow these steps:
Step 1. Take a backup of your BUSY data on the current computer.
Step 2. Copy the backup file to a USB drive or any other portable storage device.
Step 3. Connect the USB drive to the new computer.
Step 4. Install BUSY on the new computer.
Step 5. Restore the backup file from the USB drive to the new computer.
Step 6. Open BUSY on the new computer and verify that your data has been successfully transferred.
To generate sale and purchase report in BUSY:
Step 1 : Click on display
Step 2 : Account books
Step 3 : Account register
Step 4 : Open and check sale and purchase register

The key differences between the Standard and Enterprise versions of BUSY are: 1. Branch Office Management: The Enterprise version allows you to manage multiple branch offices, while the Standard version does not have this feature. 2. Payroll Processing: Payroll processing is available in the Enterprise version, but not in the Standard version. 
3. User View right user-wise master view option available.
4. Integration: The Enterprise version has the ability to integrate with other applications like CRM and HRM, whereas the Standard version does not have this capability. 5. Pricing: The Enterprise version is priced higher than the Standard version due to its additional features and functionalities.

If you are not able to access the some features are missing then pls check the below steps :
Step 1: According to the BUSY model, There are some features which is available in standard and Enterprise model but not in Basic. Make sure to select the correct model as per your BUSY license.
Step 2: If Company is open from the sub user and admin user has not given rights to the some feature then it will not show.
Step 3: Please update the BUSY to the latest version as some feature was not there in are old BUSY version below BUSY 18.

In BUSY, we have option for import data from one company to another BUSY company through XML.
for checking the same follow below steps.

Step 3: Data Export/Import(XML)
Step 4: Export data
Step 5: Select Master/Vouchers
Step 6: Select masters/voucher we need to export.
Step 7: Define exported file path

If you are facing problems with PDFs in BUSY, you can try validating the PDF files by right-clicking on them and selecting the "Validate" option. This should remove any invalid symbols. Additionally, make sure you have the correct default PDF application, such as Adobe Reader, installed on your system to open the PDF files properly.

To regenerate help files for account only in BUSY , you need to follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to the 'House keeping ' menu and select 'Regenerate master Help Files'. 
Step 2: Then, choose the 'Account Only' option and click on 'Regenerate'. This will regenerate the help files for account only.

We can charge tax and discount on invoice from 2 different ways.
1. Voucher wise- We can charge tax and discount on overall voucher amount by using Bill sundry.
2, Item wise- We can use item wise tax and discount also if we have different different rate for each items.

To get the gst offline tool follow the steps 
1 open Gst portal and click on download 
2 select offline tools 
3 Click on return offline tool then click on download of return offline tool version
4 after the download of zip file extract it and install

Yes, there is a shortcut to update the HSN code description for all the items without having to modify each item individually, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on miscellaneous data entry.
Step 2: Now select update HSN/SAC description in bulk and save.
