If you're upgrading from BUSY 21 version 9.4 or older to BUSY 9.5 or higher, perform a bulk upload of your data.
Check Permissions in Windows and Antivirus:
Step 3 : If the sync is still not working, check and allow permissions in your Windows settings and antivirus software.
Step 4 : Confirm whether the issue is with your PC or the internet by testing with another internet connection.
