1.Check by reinstall the BUSY Bns app from mobile application
2.BUSY must be updated.
3.Check by change the internet connection.
4.BUSY must be exclude from antivirus and window firewall.
5.System regional must be configure at English US and time zone should be set as per india.
6.BDEP should be configured in order to send pdf on BNS application.
