To update your contact information in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on Masters.
 Step 2: Select Account and click on Add. 
 Step 3: On the account master page, enter the required details such as Name, Group, Address, GSTIN, Contact person, Contact Info etc

 Step 2: Check the Bill Sundry costing option for Sales/Purchase which apply in the voucher.
 Step 3: Check in Short Range

If you want to add items in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on Masters.
 Step 2: Select Item option and click on Add.
 Step 3: Fill all the necessary details such as name, group, unit, tax rate, hsn etc and save.

If you want to record expenses in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
 Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Transactions menu.
 Step 2: Choose the Payment or Journal Voucher to record the expense.
 Step 3: Fill in the necessary details such as Date, Voucher no., Amount, etc. in the selected voucher.

To view stock voucher details from the stock status closing balance screen in BUSY, follow these steps:
 1. Go to the display menu.
 2. Select "Stock Status" from the options.
 3. Choose "Closing Stock Alphabetical Balances Only" report.
 4. Select the desired item.
 5. In the report, you will be able to view the stock voucher details for that item.
